How to raise a proposal?

Phase 1: Expert Team Voting

In phase 1, the StarDAO expert team will review the proposal and vote for the legitimate one. It is to prevent the ‘51% attacks’ problem to StarDAO treasury. There are 5-15 experts, including astronomers and astrophotographers, who are the scientists in StarDAO. Only the expert team will vote for the proposals in this phase. Once the proposal is approved by the expert team, it automatically goes to the second proposal phase.

Phase 2: StarDAO members voting

In the phase 2, every StarDAO NFT pass holder can vote the verified proposal from phase 1.

A proposal passes only if it receives more than 50% of votes.

The proposal process in StarDAO is decentralized, meaning that anyone can submit a proposal and anyone can vote on it. This allows for a fair and transparent decision-making process, where all members of the community have an equal say in the direction of the organization.
